Bouncy Castles/Slides should be operated to the standards set out by the Health and Safety Executive and the Local Authority. These standards form the basis of these conditions of hire. At all times you must act responsibly to operate the castle SAFELY and so to avoid injury to anyone using the castle and to avoid damage to the castle.

Please note that as the hirer you are NOT permitted to erect the inflatable Equipment. You may however, deflate the equipment when not in use and lock it away when finished with.

Locate the castle away from any potential risks to children bouncing off e.g. fences, railings, bushes etc.

Inflate the castle on a level surface which is clear of sharp objects.(In conditions 2 &3 it is the hirers responsibility to find suitable location before the arrival of the inflatable.) Secure using metal pegs.

Prevent the blower and plug from getting wet. ( inflatable must not be used in persistent rain or high winds)

Do not allow children with medical conditions (e.g. brittle bone disease or temporary injuries) to use the castle.

You must have first aid facilities on site.

A responsible adult must stand either side of the front of the inflatable and supervise play at all times. Deflate the castle when not supervised or not in use.

Shoes and eye glasses must be removed before entering the castle.

Do not allow climbing on the walls, somersaulting, wrestling or jumping off or rocking the top of slide.

Do not allow toys to be taken on to the castle as they may cause injury if fallen on or damage to the castle

No food, drink, silly string, streamers or confetti should be taken on the castle.

The inflatable are intended for use by children 14 or under, avoid having older and younger children on the inflatable at the same time and limit the number of children to a safe level.

Clothing with zips (on back and side legs) and chains can cause serious damage to inflatable especially slides, please remove before using slide.
